Time

• Daily, time varies with the season and will be advised upon booking (pre-dawn pick up)
• Pick up is available from Nerang or Canungra between 3.50am and 5am depending on the time of the year
• The Brisbane Hot Air Ballooning experience including breakfast will conclude between 9.45am and 10.30am

What To Bring

• It is recommended that you wear long pants and closed in shoes - no heels, slippers or skirts please
• Bring a jacket as it gets quite cool as the sun rises and please avoid white clothes
• Carry hats and sunglasses, and a fully charged camera for taking pictures
• Bottle of water, spending money
• If your flight time is from April to October (in winter), you need to wear warm clothes to prevent the cold; in other months, there will be warm airflow due to the burning of hot air balloons, so you do not need to wear warm clothes

• All bookings are weather dependent, and in the case of bad weather your booking will be rescheduled
• Children under 3 years old cannot participate
• Children 3 - 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult
• Children aged 13-17 years old can travel on the balloon flight by themselves, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the tour
• You must be able to climb up the 1.2 meter foothold ladder into the hot air balloon basket without assistance
• You must be able to stand for the duration of the flight
• Pregnant women and those who participated in diving the previous day are not suited to this activity
• Passengers with medical conditions or that have accessibility issues, please check with your doctor or specialist prior to booking
• At no time will a passenger be allowed to fly if their judgment is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medicine
• Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks may not be carried on the hot air balloon. Please do not bring large bags
• Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given
• Please note that the timings might be adjusted due to seasonal changes, and the specific schedule is subject to the reservation confirmation you received

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
