Duration

• Although it often takes less time for your tandem skydive experience, we must always allow for changeable weather conditions. We ask you to allow 3 hours from your booking time for the entire tandem skydiving experience. If you are using our free transport service from Auckland City, the time from pick up until return is approximately 4.5 hours.

What To Bring

• We provide all your equipment, we just need you to wear comfortable clothing that is appropriate to the weather. You must wear comfortable shoes that can be secured, such as trainers/sneakers. High heels, jandals and flip-flops are not suitable foot wear and cannot be worn. For cold days, we suggest you wear a long sleeve layer, but you will be provided with a jumpsuit to cover your clothes.

Additional Information

• You must call us 1 hour prior to your booking time, to confirm the weather is suitable. If the weather is not suitable, we will help you reschedule your skydive.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time.
• 100kg weight restriction.
• All equipment provided, please wear comfortable clothing (suitable to the season) and secure footwear (trainers/sneakers).
• No age limit - if you are under 18 years old you will need parental/guardian consent.
• Although it often only takes 1.5 hours, please allow 3 hours for your entire experience.
• Bringing a support crew?! Our viewing deck is perfectly positioned so your friends and family can watch you land!

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 24-48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will receive no refund.

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
